Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - So the first time I got selected they asked for the payslips after complete procedure is done, including uploading my documents. I made it clear to them saying that I only have bank statements and no payslips as I failed to take them from my previous employer. They said it's ok and asked me to upload my completely documents and the next day the HR Akshitha talked rudely saying that I got rejected and the batch has already started. I did not care much because I rejected them the previous night. The reason is that HR is complaining regarding this issue to the consultancy candidates that it's not acceptable if I have no payslips as per the company's policy but to me they were saying ''It's alright ''. I hated this type of useless game. After 15 days I directly got the call from Manager Abhishek asking me to upload my Offer Letter of the previous company and when I told him the same thing about my payslips, he said it'd alright I'll look into this issue and get back to you after certain time. So when I didn't receive the call or any update from them I called him and asked 4-5 times giving stupid excuses and asked the consultancy person to say it's not acceptable for not having payslips. I was angry and asked about it to the Manager and he said he will check and call me the next day but it's been a month and I did not receive any call from him. I have no idea why they want my personal documents and what kind of fraud it is!
