Interview Preparation Tips
I won't personally recommend joining the company. As most of the Management are freshers with 1 or 2 years of experience. They don't care for customer loyalty and relationship building. Sales and numbers are more important ( As they need them to raise more funding from VC ). Resources are limited and policy are not in place. Training and development is poor. I feel they are heading towards next BYJU's.
Work culture is ideal and needs a lot of improvement from the top Management. Overall I would give 2.1/2 rating due to Venture Capital fundings.

I cleared my 1st round after that HR told me we prepared for the second round, you get a call, i was waiting for a call since 3 days, they don't call me, waiting my time, they donot provide you correct information, so before joining check each and every thing.
