Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR is very selfish. I had applied for the role and talked to them in the initial screening for the Hr intern role. My last stipend was exceeding their budget. I had previous experience and was also Ok to continue with the same stipend as i valued learning more. They did not even wanted to negotiate a little bit but just because of money they rejected my profile. They don't value experienced candidates. Firstly I connected HR for the same and her assistant talked to me 1st time. I requested alot for the role just for budget they rejected. Then it was posted again 2 times and they rejected despite almost having the required skills and experience. I also tried reaching alot to the HR for the same on LinkedIn my messages were just kept seen. Later when I told not to ghost candidates, she just said you have got rejection email AND JUST SUDDENLY BLOCKED ME FROM HER LINKEDIN ACCOUNT. She was the HR Manager. This kind of acts doesn't even suits an HR. I even called CEO for hia assistance on the same. 1st call he picked up then again he ghosted as usual like the HR. They don't value experienced candidates what they value is budget.
