The probability of your time and effort getting wasted is very high. The HR teams are unprofessional and they will ghost you for weeks even if you clear all rounds. They will even ask you to upload all your documents on their onboarding portal. And they will give random updates after multiple follow-ups like they are evaluating internal candidates, the position went on hold, etc. In most cases, They are looking for cheaper candidates who can join them in the shortest time.
