Why are women still asked such personal questions in interview?
I recently went for an interview… and honestly, m still trying to process what just happened. Instead of being asked about my skills, experience, or how I could add value to the company… the questions took a totally unexpected turn. The interviewer started asking things like When are you getting married? Are you engaged? And m sure, if I had said I was married, the next question would’ve been How long have you been married? What does my personal life have to do with the job m applying for? This is where I felt the gender discrimination hit hard. These types of questions are so casually thrown at women during interviews but are they ever asked to men? No one asks male candidates if they’re planning a wedding or how old their kids are. So why is it okay to ask women? Can we please stop normalising this kind of behaviour in interviews? Our careers shouldn’t be judged by our relationship status. Period.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was based on I distracting security. I am The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and Communication Skills. I am facing Most of the questions asked to me were related to previous experience in Army and Civil industrial. Personnel discipline, dress code ethics and eye contact while interview should very important. Each question have to be answered honestly, delebirately and confidently.
Never showing personnel interest in any circumstances.
You need to stay calm and should pay presence of mind. IPlease go through the job description thoroughly word by word and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best fit for the position.
Luckily I was able to answer the most of the questions correctly.and it was my second interview and I feel did well.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I suddenly got call in evening. It was conference call. They asked me, are you comfortable for interview.
I replied yes. It was first technical round.
One of the member asked me 10-12 questions. That time was not sure about how was my interview.
After 10-15 days, suddenly I again got call . It was second round. In this round, they asked me general techincal questions related to hydro projects.That time I was again not sure about how was my interview.
After 10-15 days I got call from HR for various formalities.
