This round was to check the English communication skills .A topic was assigned and all the participants were required to speak on that topic for atleast 30 seconds. Later on some participants were shortlisted for further rounds. After that the shortlisted candidates were briefed about the job role.

Round type - AVP Round
Round duration - 10 Minutes
Round description -
The round began with introduction. Later question related to educational and family background were asked. After that some questions related to Sales were asked.

Round description -
In this round questions related to Sales were asked and also some scenario based question were asked.
