Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - To get a job in Sutherland the first thing to improve is good communication. Let me tell you the easiest way that suited me. A few years back I'm not that good with my communication. I started watching English movies with subtitles and then after some time I skipped the subtitles and tried to repeat the dialogues. After a few months I learned how to properly pronounce the common words we use in our regular life. This is totally from my perspective. You can find your own method to improve your communication. Good luck..
