Tips: An FMCG intern certainly helps! Try to diversify your profile as much as possible, while maintaining a good GPA (cannot stress enough on this fact).

Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: First case interview is certainly nerve-wracking. And if the interviewer decides to give you a hard time (often happens), the most important thing is to not lose your cool.
Tips: Practice makes a man perfect. I practiced more than 30 cases myself in addition to the many I observed as a spectator. However, the cases which you face on Placement Day are bound to be different from what you practice. Often, you are left with no framework to work with.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Most HR interviews I faced focused on my CV.
Tips: Keep calm, and know your CV inside out! Be prepared to be grilled on every aspect.
