Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please apply or join somewhere do not go teach in this School.
They will not give u the salary..In the starting 1-2 months they will pay after they will not pay.
This School is working according to their own rules ie if u want switch to other School then u have to give the notice period of 3 months or give them 3 months of ur salary to them then only u will get ur experience certificate.
So I advise not to go to this School.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
