Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Had the worst interview experience at #MankindPharma. They persuaded me for a face-to-face interview at the corporate office in Okhla, but didn’t send me a meeting invite or even tell me the name of the interviewer. When I arrived for the interview, the person interviewing was the one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever encountered in my career. His only question was “how could you achieve so much at such young age? It takes years for people to learn these skills so how could you do this at this age. There is no point of further discussions as it is impossible to achieve these things at this age.” When I tried to explain him my career progression, he was not interested and didn’t even want to tell me about what they expect from the candidate. All I could get from him was they want somebody who has “grey hair” as according to them you are only capable and experienced if you are old. If that was the only criteria why waste a candidate’s time to even call them for an interview. It felt like they were mocking my hardwork that I have put in to learn the skills that I have and be at par with someone who is much older in age in terms of experience.
