Round: Test
Experience: Objective test.it consist of 200 ques each que is of 1 nub no negative marking .it has 3 sec i.e hindi(70mrks)+english(30)+g.k(100mrks)

Round: Physical test
Experience: After clearing round one then only u r allowd to appear in physical test it includs 800m running in 2min 40 sec then long jump thn shot put

Round: Interview
Experience: It is taken by officer usually by ips officers.they can ask anything relatd to ur job or ur education or currnt affair anythinh they wish to

Round: Final slectd list
Experience: According to there requiremnt a minimun cutoff list is out

General Tips: I applied for non technical post .usually for d post of sub inspector we have to goen through differnt stages in which 1stbstage is writen object test after clearing that u will have to clear physical test on clearing that u will appear in personal interview which is taken by ips officers..talking about my interview they askd me about m.p general knowledge ques abt 10 to12 then abt current topic n why u want to do this job...
