They just hire low quality agencies for qualitative projects due to cost constrain. Sun has very bad reputation in the market.
Overall, Sun pharma is bad organization for digital marketing people as it's like a project management job which is superwised by people who have done digital marketing course. It's like you will become a Donkey in the company. 3 people have aleady left because of 3 idot people in the team. So never join their digital team.
