  • Ans. I spoke about crisis management during company transition from one owner to other ownership . Retention of people, keeping work atmosphere positive while handling transfer and transition process by engaging employees in team activities, rewards and incentives.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Be confident and listen the question carefully before answering. Just be honest and be yourself . Check the company profile job JD and prepare yourself for the interview.
Be presentable ,neatly dressed (formal or semi formal), greet interviewer with smile and maintain eye contact while answering the questions.
Firm handshake with smile while leaving the premises, is always very impressive .

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.

Tips: Objective should be clear and crisp, educational qualifications can be presented in a tabular form, work experience, project details and achievements should be given from most recent to least recent

Experience: The environment was relaxed. 2 interviewers were there. Both asked questions. It was not a stress interview and I was also given time to think and answer
Tips: Confidence is important while answering. It is important to be clear on basics before learning high funda things. The answers should not be very long and essay like.
