They dont approve leaves and at the end of the year they lapse it. Entire pressure is for illogical and irrelevant issues which are not in any body control. Management is very selfish. Old people do not let others work. Company do not listen to important facts. If you try lay down any good system, they do not allow and do not follow. For the decision of others they create scap goat. Most important no promotion policy and not even single growth avenue. A person joined as an engineer will remain an engineer life time. No Progress., No work life balance., No training., Only few Old illiterate people who are working from long years 10+ are creating nuisance and play huge politics. Please beware. do not every think to join this group. Management are selfish, liar and they pretend to be honest and soft but they terminate people in a single day notice without any discussion or opportunity.
