Experience: Firstly I sent my resume through mail and I was pretty much confident that I will surely be selected for the next round. And boom, I got the mail for the selection in next round i.e, face to face interview.
Tips: Make your CV that much attractive as you want to see in an employee if you are the employer.

Experience: Being an introvert I got stucked and was blank at the moment when I was asked this. But the introduction went pretty well as I too shared my personal out of the box experiences which the HR liked. But because of shortfall in the knowledge in the field of work, I was anyhow not recruited.
