Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Prepare basic technical questions. Everyone in Hyundai thinks like a frog in a well. They have little to no knowledge about outside world. So don't showcase too much and touch their ego. Try to find out internal details of the department and only answer within that zone. Push the HR for hike. They will lie that everyone in the team and similar posting get similar salary. But the people inside get 2x more than your expectation. So ask for 40-50% atleast. Be bold to decline the offer for low salary proposal. Due to internal processes, They CANNOT reject you because of salary. if you understand this you will not quote less. Also for what you are going to face, it's much better if you negotiate properly. Once joined only 8% annual increment allowed. Promotion attracts 3% more only. Think well.
