Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I don't prefer working for such company where people want 100-120 cr sales and don't have budget to pay 20-25 lakhs salary to Manager with 10 years of experience in the desired market.

They are looking for low cost carbon to polish into gem as they cannot afford the diamond directly.

PS:- HR will ghost you after interview and may come back after 2-3 months for same profile.

Observations
Poor interview experience
No profile clarified in advance
No JD shared with geographical details
No feedback after interview

Make wise choice.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - JK files is led by the in-house graduates of Raymond and they play a dominant position and enforce monopoly on new joiners. They made me an offer which I found ridiculous and immature. They expect me to take the work load of 150 cr but don't want to pay me even 0.001% against that hardship. Extremely overconfident, arrogant and unrealistic team as well as CEO is leading the organisation. I suggest you to stay away from this organisation for the better future. Beware of Ritesh as he appears innocent but the most arrogant person on the floor.
