Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewers were too smart for their own good. They kept interrupting me instead of just listening. It seemed like they were more intersted inhearing fancy words than straightforward, clear answers. I felt like I was taing an oral exam instead of just having a conversation. On top of that, their job description was all messed up and didn't make any sense.

HR is not cabpable to evalute appropriate JD and resume.

If applying for Project Manager, do study Scrum Master technique, Product Owner.
