Experience: First i had filled the form for that program and on the basis of the questions asked in that and way of answering tha questions shortlisted me for that.
Tips: Fill the form honestly. Don't enter any fake details about yourself just for showing off.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: It was a telephonic interview basically. We were given 2 min. To answer each question. It was a computerised call from their side.
Tips: Answer honestly. Be confident while answering. Ur way of talking, fluency , using of correct words will matter a lot.

Experience: In this round i had to fill in the application form for the company i was applying to. Alongwith the application form i had to attach my resume also. Resume as we know is the basic thing but one of the most beneficial document of us as it leaves an impression on the interviewer.
Tips: Your resume should contain all the details like your work experience(if any), your current job profile(if any), your achievements your skills and all the details that will leave a positive imprint on the reader.

Round: Telephonic Interview
Experience: A telephonic Interview was the second round in which i was asked why i wanted to join Internshala, What will be my approach of work.
Tips: Telephonic interview must be given in a confident voice so that listener can be convinced that this person has the potential and confidence our company is looking for.

Experience: Out of many students from college only 3 students resume were selected for the next round i.e on call interview. Being the promotional head of Gentronix forum of my department i was preferred and got a call for one on one mobile telephonic interview.
Tips: You just need to be good at communication skills. And get yourself indulged in college extra curricular activities.

Experience: While answering first question I was confident enough and answered the question in a normal manner. For second question I got bit nervous and stammered while answering it , anyhow I completed the answer
