Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. They wont provide 5L fixed 4L incentive, they only provide 25k for 8 months which you get anywhere, you need not work here for 12-13 hrs 2. Lot of opportunities are there, coming to this company is just like harming your mental health 3. Pressure at peak 4. Absconding is Normal, everyday people do that, dont come and later regret 5. You might learn few things in this company but those skills & more than that, can be learnt in other company as well 6. If you do 18L in your 4-5-6 month, then only you will get hike & congratulations, its not 40k, its way more less than that. 7. If you do Sales, you have good respect there or else, You are treated as if you aren't the part of Intellipaat 8. Scam on hike, holidays, making unnecessary LOPs, HRs enjoy it. 9. Courses are really really great and also the Industry Professionals & Faculties try their best to make you understand the topic, everything is perfect when it comes to courses. 10. Customer retention ✅ Employee Retention ❌ and thats how Intellipaat works.
