I do know english well and use it daily to communicate, but the moment I'm in an interview, I just get stuck. since it's not my first language, I struggle to express what I actually feel. I know the answer in my head, but I just can’t deliver it properly at that moment. Please guide me

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I went for interview through a consultant. There were two rounds of interview. One with Manager HR and second with Head HR.
I cleared the first round of interview. When I went for second round, I found that there was some kind of communication gap between the Manager HR and Head HR.
The head HR was very clear after just seeing my resume and form that she is not looking for the kind of skills or academic performance I have or may be I live quite far from that location.
Whatever the reason was, her facial expression, asking questions one after one without even listening to my complete answer , she had decision to reject me.
I would suggest both the HR persons to bridge this gap before calling anyone for face to face round of interview. Review the Resume before interview and not when you are supposed to interview them. Be clear with what you are looking for in a candidate.
I had gone for interview even after reading negative reviews of their exeployees working in same role.
Nevertheless, I have learnt something. Would also like to share that Head HR is a rude and brash lady. Being in human resource department she doesn't know how to behave with people.
DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY GUYS.
