Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

It was conducted on the first day where we had various questions on logical reasonings, English Comprehensives and Grammar( all those things which we learnt in the school back then. I must admit this wasn't easy as you think, they covered all the basics and hence if you are from different background apart from CSE/IT, you still can ace this since there isn't any technical questions asked). Yes you'll receive the e-mail for the interview which will happen the next day if you clear this round.
