Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

It was quite good and question was of moderate level.

Round 2 - HR

  • Q1. HR round was quiet light for me.as they only asked me about my educational background.

Stuck at low salary
I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?

General Tips: Had to follow up with HR to remind them that I was interviewed that’s when Hr writes to operations manager to get the feedback.
After multiple follow ups HR gave the offer letter and forgot to delete trail mail.
It was approved by operations manager almost 3 weeks ago

  • Ans. Doesn't matter. Just run as far as you can. Trust me, if you have any job right now, there's a 90% chance that it is better than tech Mahindra. And if you are in the 10% category and made it to Tech Mahindra interview, it means you definitely have the potential to deserve better. Hence my advice no matter what, run from this place and don't sabotage your career.
