Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I am not sure, why the company hires a candidate from a different skillset and ask to do clerical stuff. Who's accountable for such practices. If the candidate looks outside after such span of time, s/he is judged based on tenure. Hardly anyone cares, why somebody is looking outside at such span of time.

Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
