I applied via Naukri.com and was interviewed in Sep 2021. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Group Discussion 

You need to be confident and original with the topic. They will give you any topic(general) you will be given time to share your original thoughts on that topic post your introduction (you have to be ready to speak in front of even 100+ candidates).

Round 2 - Assignment 

It is your writing test. Your creativity and way of writing will be tested through that and also basic knowledge of english language and grammar

Round 3 - One-on-one 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. It the most straight forward round of all bcoz you will be connected with your future managers. They instructed about the role and very clearly mentioned the cumbersome and complex responsibility, you just...

Anyone else feel like they're constantly fighting to stay awake?
I swear, I'm battling a constant wave of sleepiness at my desk. It's like my brain is on permanent vacation mode. I've tried everything like power naps, listening music, even chugging gallons of coffee. I get enough sleep, eat decent, exercise, and even try to stretch and walk around. But the minute I sit down, my eyelids start doing that slow-motion thing. Is it just me, or is this job seriously taking the life out of me? Maybe I need a new career as a professional napper.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of the many things that candidates do is when the interviewer asks about themselves they tend to literally narrate everything that possibly there on their Resume. My biggest advice is, please don't do that, because the interviewer has possibly already seen your resume and that's the reason you're being interviewed. So share bits and pieces of your life and how those experiences have enriched your journey and contributed to your career choice ie, the position you are applying for.

Secondly, Prepare well. But preparing well doesn't mean that you need to by heart all the possible answers to impress the interviewer. Because if you forget even a single word or phrase of that ready-made text, you're gonna fumble and lose confidence and the interview would haywire.

Prepare well, use phrases and verbs that enrich your argument and your skills. Talk about the extra curricular you have done and what separates you from others applying for that position.
