Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview process took more than a month for me, first round is telephonic once it clear, second round is assignment - try to give your best , third round is HR discussion and this is final, the best company work pressure is medium and having a very good option of choosing a different teams depend on your abilities

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.

Duration: 1-4 weeks

Round: Test
Experience: It was an easy aptitude question round where initial shortlisting happened
Tips: Revise aptutude concepts before the exam
Duration: 30 minutes
Total Questions: 10

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: This round was technical that was testing my knowledge on the applications and technology i previously worked
Tips: Brush up your knowledge and concepts on the technology you have worked on

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: dear sir i am k viswanadh i am study in diploma ECE.first ssc to telugu medium. and diploma in eng medium

Round: Other Interview
Experience: It was a video interview. The questions were displayed one by one. For each question, a fixed time was given (2 to 4 mins). The video response got recorded for each question
Tips: Dress well as someone will review the video later. Sit in a well lit room with a white background. Prepare Competency based questions well

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Typical HR round
Tips: At the end, when the interviewer says, "do you have any question for me", then always ask a relevant question.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Again typical HR round
Tips: Prepare well about the company. That helps a lot in interview. Try to include what the company is doing in your answers. Should feel natural

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: I was from mechanical background and did not know how to code but the interviewer made sure that I finish the same.
Tips: If you are going to change your field, be prepared for questions related to the new field
