Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not join. The area managers will try to convince regarding incentives but targets will be high so that team won't be able to achieve, secondly incentives gets disbursed after minimum 5 Months. Employees and Managers received Durga Puja 2023 incentives during March 2024. Weak overall management and no housekeepings or stockboys are given, dusting, moping done by store staffs and also managers.
