Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Guys wherever you are going for interview in whichever company just be confident even if u realised that you said something wrong then also stay confident bcz thts wt recruiters see at first. And secondly be honest about everything bcz if u answer everything honestly it will boost your confidence level. And just be prepared for the results tht wtever will hpn I will accept in tht way you will scared bcz you are not sacred for loosing.. rest work on content frame the sentences first before speaking.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: An abstract topic was given the on which we were supposed to discuss for 15 minutes followed by individual summary of the discussion and a common conclusion.
Tips: Stay confident and cover all the points in conclusion, while keep summary based on your point of view.
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Stress Interview
Experience: It was more of a stress interview where they were trying to test my patience. They kept asking me stress questions on my resume and qualification background. They were judging my view point and my decision making skills. Overall tempo of the interview was skewed towards the candidate being able to handle the pressure and show his calm and composed side in those moments.
Tips: The tips I would like to give to candidates will be be confident and calm in an interview no matter what. If you don't know something that's totally okay, nobody is judging you for your knowledge only. It is the overall personality and behavior that matters. Last thing and most important thing which I would like to add is be honest about everything that is there.

Round: Test
Experience: It was overall a simple test, some difficult questions were there to check the patience of student. Otherwise the questions were of moderate level.
Tips: Prepare basic things, work on fast calculation & anlytical skills. For sales competency section no need to give ideal answers, be realistic.
Duration: 120 minutes aprox minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: It was a 10-15 minute interview. He asked basic things & the interviewer was focusing on my financial knowledge
Tips: If you are planning to appear in hdfc interview, work on your accounting, frame some stories of your life, try to find out your skills so that they can hire you.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The questions were simple, they were looking for relative experience & person suitable for their profile.
Tips: Sales experience of internship will add some weightage to your performance. Try to share experience of projects you have worked on.

Round: FLIP Online training program
Experience: They detailed us about the profile, gave us relavant information & took the test for the same. There were online ppts on types of loan, balance sheet, credit note etc.
Tips: You have to work seriously to crack this part of process. Once you clear this you will become a member of hdfc bank. All the best

General Tips: If you are looking for a profile in banking sector, then work on accounting balance shhets & generate your interest in the same field. It is not always about financial selling. You may have to give advice to your customers, prepare credit note.
Skills: sales, financial knowledge, communication skills, grasping power, commen sense
