Hi community members,
I recently cleared hyundai interview for talegaon plant but they have offered 24% to my last salary which is well below to my expectations considering talegaon is very expensive to my current location.
Can someone tell me whats the salary strcture for manager at hyundai with 8 years of experience currently they have offered me 15.5 lpa.

So don't showcase too much and touch their ego. Try to find out internal details of the department and only answer within that zone. Push the HR for hike. They will lie that everyone in the team and similar posting get similar salary. But the people inside get 2x more than your expectation. So ask for 40-50% atleast. Be bold to decline the offer for low salary proposal. Due to internal processes, They CANNOT reject you because of salary. if you understand this you will not quote less.
