Monitoring & Surveillance

Production - Prompt Communication with background and status to management in the event of line stoppage.

Manpower - Consolidation & reporting of shift wise attendance.

Transportation - Employee and trainee buses arrival status monitoring & prompt reporting in case of anticipatory delays.

External Issues - Insights to top management on political unrest, strike, natural disasters etc.

Safety - Reporting of safety incidents/Accidents inside and outside of factory along with HMI property damages if an.

Emergency Coordination - Coordination with concerned teams and management reporting in the event of emergencies.

Management Reports - Top management report preparation
