Job Description
- All Station work standard, sealer standard & Model identification preparation with latest EO & New project
- Drive check Master data Preparation based on robot wise welding point
- EO Updating of Keeper & JE check sheet as per new model and existing model drawing revision
- Yearly Target fixing based on Business Plan for HPV, Manpower
- Manpower monthly follow up & HR M/P Requisition based on operation changes , Process Changes & New Model Requirement
- Month wise HPV target vs actual Follow up on daily basis
- Part / Process Design Changes follow up modifications in line follow up EO Sample Part confirmation in line and SOP Follow up with line modifications if required Line Spot Layout Study, Part Difference study & Part Matching improvement, Robot wise spot distribution based on Cycle time. Jig Matching check & Panel gap improvement, Gap & Flush stabilization for Rear End, Drawing vs Actual Sealer application confirmation, Error proof validation
- Project stabilization Facility / Quality / Productivity improvements, Part Loading Assist Hanger design, development & Trail for all model
- Line Cycle Time Study Robot movement optimization and spot distribution based on UPH requirement & Improvement.
- Sub Line Capacity optimization and output follow up & Facility management
- BC2 Defect Trend Follow up & Proactive action plan Customer Defects regular follow-up & Improvement - RR End
- Line Improvements with new initiatives for Safety and facility Line digitalization monitoring for effective follow up
- SIAT improvements in line like Aged Robot Re use and fatigue reduction activities, New advanced system implementation
- Fool Proof System establishment for safety and Quality related areas
- Auto Zone Entry Restriction activity & Shuttle area working safety improvement. Secondary Level Sensor installation
- BR Co2 Emergency system change • Hoist sensor installation, walk way standardization and aged equipment replacement, sensor failure areas new type replacement
- Regular follow up of DMS & WPC Internal Management - Weekly basis Weekly Report / Monthly/ GM Report Submission related to Manpower, HPV, Cost Saving Monthly trend, Overseas benchmarking follow up,
- New Project Modpats Study & Manpower Negotiation with ME based on new process and job addition / deletion in all areas
- Manpower study for special requirements based on process stability & consistency
- Process improvement & Manpower optimization / Gap reduction
- Innovation coordination follow up in shop floor, ideas study for feasibility of implementation, discussion with R&D & Vendor development
- Direct & Indirect Material Cost Saving follow up
- Monthly target follow-up based on yearly planned/new activities.
- Cost Saving ideas ECR preparation, EO follow up & implementation
