Round: Test
Experience: There are two parts – quant and psychometric test. For the quant part of the test, it is basic quant and preparation for CAT is sufficient. For the psychometric test, there are about 320 questions with many of them similar.
Tips: Try and answer them with a clear mind without having second thoughts.

Round: Interview
Experience: There are two rounds of interviews, each for half an hour. There is no distinction between the technical and HR rounds. The questions are mostly generic in nature – why Honda, why Japan, tell us about yourself etc. They are looking for a fit with the company. They are interested in automobiles, not other fields they are into.

General Tips: Interest in automobiles, helps if you have an automobile-heavy resume.
Very good technical skills and knowledge.
Projects related to automobiles.
Latest developments related to Honda.
Standard HR questions, align yourself with Honda and Japan.
