Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company is what it is. Give lots of love & take responsibility of your job. Company is a lot in easily angered side, yet listens. Company loves & supports ppl who are willing to grow. Company is patient with kids & when needed will become a strict teacher. Company reads 3 liner report card & judges feelings, but it's ok. At the end a huge accident is always prevented. I love working here. This place deserves a genuine seeker!

I applied via Walk-in and was interviewed before Feb 2023. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - One-on-one

(12 Questions)

  • Q1. Why do you choose to work in a clinic?
  • Ans. Clinic as a resident helps to learn & observe the patients more closely. In person conduct = more understanding. Its better than over a call or in papers.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q2. Do the senior doctor help in your growth?
  • Ans. Yes! It depends on how you want to expand your knowledge & though lately i have realized, this experience gave an insight.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q3. Did the experience help you in anyway?
  • Ans. Though it might seem no from outside due to my awarness of an ocean before me & lack of confidence in my own knowledge, i have build a natural instinct in few medicines. This aquired knowledge is entirely due to Dr's. continuous efforts. I never realised i have picked up little patterns while in practice. Instead of copy paste, i am looking forward to what i can do.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q4. What are your aspirations?
  • Ans. To build a strong base, to be more confident. To be a pleasant colleague. To be a support rather than observing. To be more humble to patients & colleagues. To mind my manners & business.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q5. What changes do you expect in clinic?
  • Ans. To end the corona phase & expand its infrastructure.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q6. What do you like to do if you continue to work?
  • Ans. More knowledge. More professional development. More experience.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q7. Is the salary as per your demand?
  • Ans. I have considered myself as an intern so far & do more less work than an intern do. It was my assumption that i have limited responsiblity. With knowledge comes great responsiblity?
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q8. Do you consider this opportunity as benefiting?
  • Q9. Is this another troll section?
  • Ans.

    NO

    • This question is not related to the medical field.

    • It is asking whether this section is intended for trolls.

    • The answer is NO, indicating that it is not a troll section.

  • Answered by AI
  • Q10. Are you usually fragile?
  • Ans. The only focus i strictly want to be on focus is work. If any area gets affected by my mood, knowledge or instinct . I am fragile. Especially loosing sight of a case study or patient history, presenting illness & medication. Lose of natural instinct shows volumes of lack of knowledge & understanding of a condition.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q11. Why do you want to quit a job if its comfortable?
  • Ans. Personally, i see no progress, doing a lot at a time = loosing sight of your purpose. Either focus on purpose by working on your career with a supportive team. Or focus only on purpose & build a better career base.
  • Answered Anonymously
  • Q12. Why did this change suddenly shook you?
  • Ans. Previous bad experience that kept resistance to progress, lack of confidence in knowledge. 3years of poor study or refusal to study. Sorry!
  • Answered Anonymously
Round 2 - Coding Test

Difficult. Reality & codes!!
