They just ask if you are interested in banking. They just don't give proper training. TRAINING IS NOT AT ALL PROVIDED. IF you are being appointed as a branch banking employee , then gone case..."KHATHAM"..YOU ARE DONE.. You will have to do sales and marketing for almost 40 products which you don't even know. and everyday higher level managers ZH and RH and all used to keep conference calls where they will give us nice ABUSIVE words AND EMPLOYEES HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT AND also do business. They will never leave you even if it is a Sunny day. They will ask you to go out and do marketing. THEY WILL ALSO SEND GIRLS TO UNKNOWN CUSTOMER PLACES ALONE AND SAY THEY IF SOMEONE ACCOMPANIES YOU, THEN THAT 2ND PERSON'S PRODUCTIVITY WILL BE LOST. THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES NO MATTER WHAT. and they have too many higher authorities who just sit in their roles without even knowing the process or no knowledge about the product. When I was hired , I was under a manager who did not know anything about the product properly and he just knew about asking about my productivity,
