Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please if you are fresher don't join this company. try for other product based companies. this company hires freshers gives keep them on bench for around 8 to 10 months and after completion of one year, they ask fresher to resign or tell freshers that if you don't resign they will terminate you. reason for this, they says your performance is low. How do they collected performance data when fresher was on bench, I dont understand this.
