Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interviewed for around 40 minutes. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to warehouse. He stressed a lot on the basics related to my project topic. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. I tried to answer each question with examples and also used props on the table (like pens, paperweights, pen stands etc.) to explain my theories. You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind. Please go through the job description thoroughly word-by-word and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best-fit for the position.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Actually you have to be very calm and composed in any of your technical interviews. As a fresher you are not asked about the entire job and it's behaviourism. The questions are general and it tends to react about your personal life and also mostly asked to check your communication. So don't react as artificial, just stay calm with a light smile, do react for what you know and don't react for what you don't know. You are supposed to say No, if you really don't know about the topics but pls don't say lies unknowingly that will lead even more contradictions between you and interviewer. Always try to finish your replies with a very small explanations, don't get elaborate the answers untill then if it really requires. Last point pls don't be nervous always try to think the interviewer as your brother, & keep it in mind no one is better than you but don't show that attitude outside in your responses... Thanks ..

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first round happened with the d2C head which went well. however, the second round was scheduled with a very junior person with only 2 years of experience. unfortunately, this person was overly arrogant and lacked the patience to listen to others. In marketing there is no single "perfect" approach, different people bring different perspectives to achieve a common goal. I have over 4 years of experience but my expertise and value were disregarded as the person continuously dismissed my approach insisting repeatedly that I was wrong. He seemed to carry an air of superiority believing his background was better (he was from IIFT and I am from MICA),. I find it illogical for a company to allow someone junior to interview a senior candidate.
the second round left me very disappointed. To add to the frustration, the HR representative never responded to my emails or calls leaving me without a feedback. I had to assume I was not selected, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
