Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of the worst parts is this is a BPO company and they will treat you like a labour and they will never respect your hardworkings and extra works. If you are performing 99% and 1% bad response from the customer’s end so that is not their issues that’s the agent’s fault and they will insult you in the middle of the entire Work Floor. Most of the Team Leaders are promoted from Associate level so they have 0 knowledge and experience of behaving like a Team Lead. I would suggest you not to apply for any BPO especially Teleperformance if you don’t want to be a part of office politics religion based issues and worst work life balance there. I worked there and I give up the job because they forced me by behaving in a worse possible ways with me. Now I am in Medical Healthcare Sector and getting enough bucks and relaxing work environment as well as enough weekends and leaves as well.
