Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First of all, dress formally. If it is a virtual interview then set up the laptop and other requirements 15 minutes earlier than the interview to prevent last minute hassle.

If you don’t know the answer to a question, tell the interviewer that you don’t know. It is better than mixing up.

Prepare some questions in front of a mirror so that you can control and work on your expressions and hand gestures.

Context: I have been working for the past one year (intern + 4 month full time) as a analytic engineer where I was responsible for creating python scripts/ query using sql and build visuals (PowerBI). --- Due to medical reaons, I had to leave this org in dec 2024, Now I am trying to get back with the job hunt. Question: Moving forward, in which data field should I put efforts into - Data engineering, Data Science ... Actual reason for kindly reaching out for guidance is to not have to-n-fro movement while learning. I am technical not that good and honestly agree on the part of trying to learn everything while touching only the surface. Being more precise, i am good at SQL window functions and other logic building portion but ain't aware of PySpark, Python (managed previous workloads through AI).
