Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company's recruitment process is a an absolute disaster and reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility. After going through multiple rounds of interview ( even after final round of HR interview), submitting documents repeatedly, and patiently waiting for months with no clarity, I was constantly fed vague responses about how "IT WILL TAKE TIME'. Despite all my follow-ups, the only update I received -after i had to call them yet again after mailing them each week and talking on call.- their response was that at the opening is now on hold and that I should look for other opportunities. The company showed urgency only when they needed documents from me but didn't have the decency to inform me when the role was no longer available. This lack of communication and disregard for candidates 'time shows how poorly they handle recruitment, and it speaks volumes about their unprofessionalism. Absolutely would not recommend dealing with them.
