Lengthy process of selection, no value of time to company, half payment to selected employee during training of 1 month, long delayed selection and joining process. Mostly prefer ladies with career gap so that they can negotiate till worst. Candidate retention ratio is worst ... employees are just joining and leaving. To the remaining employees management plays hire and fire strategy so be ready to get unemployed any day if you working here. Also they will ask you to give resignation and will not give anyone termination letter even though they don't want you in company for legal reasons. So be aware of this and think 100times.
