There are 2 interviews with 2 different interviewers, they're both competency based. Each interviewer asks questions around 2 leadership principles.
No calculations are asked.

The interview questions were based on Amazon's many "leadership principles" and mainly asked about experiences that demonstrated these principles.
These were:

Customer obsession, Ownership, Invent and Simplify, Are Right (A lot), Learn and be Curious, Hire and Develop the Best, Insist on the Highest Standards, Think Big, Bias for Action, Frugality, Earn Trust, Dive Deep, Disagree and Commit, Deliver results.

In the interview prep, Amazon recruiters stressed the importance of following the STAR technique.
