I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Expedite Commerce in Dec 2023

Interview
HR had sent me an interview invitation on LinkedIn.

First Round:
She had described the profiles tasks and responsibilities and discussed about company.

She stated that there will be a series of interviews, which would take time.
I was fine by that.

Second round:
I'd received an online evaluation link. There were two tests. I had passed them along and informed HR.

Third Round: I spoke with the Chief People Officer. He only asked for the basic information and stated there would be 2-3 more rounds. The next one would be the project that I needed to finish in my Salesforce ORG, which I did in a few days.
I sent emails to HR and CPO letting them know I had finished the project; could you help let me know what comes next? I waited for their response for nine days, but I haven't heard back from them. I had contacted HR in the meanwhile, but she didn't answer. I had asked the HR multiple times on LinkedIn about the update in between all of this procedure, but she never responded. She presented herself as the company's owner. HR acted in a very unprofessional manner. Nine days later, I emailed HR once more, this time including the CPO in the CC. After ten minutes, she said, "Apologies I was on sick leave.
Unfortunately, we won't be moving forward with your candidature this time. We appreciate the effort and time you have dedicated to your application.
We sincerely appreciate your interest in being a part of Expedite Commerce and wish you success in your future endeavors. Please do consider applying for future opportunities that may align with your skills and experience.
Thank you once again for considering a career with us"

The HR representative was quite unprofessional throughout, and her actions were completely inappropriate.

They had assigned me the assignment/project to complete, and in the following round, I was supposed to show them what I had done, but they did not allow me the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities, and I worked hard to accomplish it. This was really unprofessional of the Expedite Commerce crew. They do not understand how to value or respect applicants. How can someone be rejected without an evaluation?

I'm going to submit my review and warn other Salesforce professionals not to apply to this organization.
Please look for alternative options and do not waste your time with this company. Their interview procedure is extremely long and lengthy. I gave my first round in the last week of December and received an email in the first week of February informing me that my candidature was not shortlisted after three rounds of interviews and the completion of a project that I did not have the opportunity to demonstrate.
If I could have given a 0 rating but the option is not here.
