Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - For anyone who work to core I suggest not to attend interviews here. I had been here for the interview and they took 5 rounds of interview 2 technical and 3 hr round and it is F2F. At the last round of process they said they will call for CTC discussion later after waiting 2 days they said I will definitely get call. And the very next when I myself called the HR Manoj he so easily says position got hold.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Make the interview interactive, I got this input from another Senior. Before i went into the interview room the volunteers were telling all those who goes into Room No 1 is screwed. I was praying i don't get room no 1. But fortunately for me I got room no 1 because when the interviewer gave me the puzzle and handed over pen and paper he went back to relax his posture and when i explained i will fill the 5L Jar first, he immediately came forward to listen to me, at that moment i knew i got the job because i felt the previous candidates never made their interview interactive and that's why he went back to relax his posture.
