Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly there was no prelimary discussion with HR over phone. All the discussion including the interview invite was through email.
After reaching the venue, I found out that it was a recruitment drive for a senior HR role.

All through out the process, HR did not speak or greet and directly asked to meet the Director for the 1st round.

Director was rude. After that next round to my surprise was with VP, who couldn't speak english at all.

Post then I was told that, your perfect for this role but we want a male candidate as we have blue collar labours in the warehouse and they had no answer why I was called in first place if they wanted to hire male for this role.

I have had surprising experience because the HR do not even bother to talk to you neither online nor in person. Even fresher candidates in call centre interviews are treated better than this.

Office condition and washrooms are in poor condition. Will not recommend unless you dont have job or have issues in current company.
