1st round is group discussion Wer they check on your English accent and fluency
2nd round is written aptitude for 60 mins
Which includes accounts section , logical , mathematics and English
3rd round is HR Wer you will be asked few questions about yourself and few basic questions on tax
4th round is managerial round Wer in manager will conduct and ask basics of job role and tax and yourself , reports , e mailing , presentation

Experience: Aptitude, Reasoning, Numerical ability, Conceptual questions, Excel and English.

General Tips: Need to be strong in basics. Should be confident. Take your time to answer the question don't hurry, try to give clear answers.

    The product of multiplying all the numbers on a calculator.

    • To find the product, multiply all the numbers displayed on the calculator.

    • Include both the digits and any mathematical symbols on the calculator.

    • If there are no numbers on the calculator, the product would be 0.

    • If there is a decimal point on the calculator, consider it as a number.

Round: Test
Experience: The aptitude test was the very first round of the selection process. I remember being late for this and had to speak to the concered Hr person who initially did not allow me to write the test but i was eventually allowed to write with no extra time being given.
Tips: Take a look at all the questions first and then only attempt the questions you know.
Duration: 50 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: After the aptitude test I found out that i was selected for the position of tax analyst and assurance assosiate and it was my choice to select which one i wanted to take and i had to tell regarding my choice in the Hr interview. Along with this the Hr had asked a few questions about my interest and family business as well.
Tips: Just be yourself and answer whatever is asked.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: My technical interview went for a good 45 minutes for which I had to go to Porur where the office is located. I was asked to solve a few case studies along with questions being asked on advanced concepts of accounts and tax.
Tips: Try to keep your calm and its okay to not know about certain things. Maintain your confidence and politely tell them if you aren't aware of things instead of giving the wrong answer.
