Don't break eye contact, but also don't look at the HR with anger, just smile a little or they're gonna think you're crazy!!
Try to Improve your English speaking skills if it's not good, they're not looking for English Grammar teacher, they just wanna know that you can have fluent conversation in English & Hindi.
