1. Be presentable
2. Greet the interviewer/s with Good morning/afternoon and with smile.
3. Remember your Bio Data, what ever you have written should be clear with logics in your mind
4. Introduce your self fully, starting from family then your childhood, education, professional qualifications, your achievements in academics and other curricular activities during school/college. Focus on your role in NCC/NSS/Scout Guide or any other sports/yoga or physical activity (this brings confidence of the panel as far as your fitness is concerned).
Then explain about jobs starting from first job to last with the KRA's.
5. Questions related with subject should be answered crisply and with case studies, if any.
6. Questions related with location preference need to be honestly answered, if you can't relocate to some place don't say yes, just for the sake of cracking the interview, however you can seek time to think over the location preferences.
7. Don't be rigid on compensation, unless it is too low, an offer, from your expectation..
