Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I've interviewed with this company twice before and received no response. My first interview was in March, and despite following up with HR multiple times, I got no feedback. They contacted me again for a first-round interview, but I declined. A few days ago, I received another call, and I told the HR that I've already interviewed twice without any response. The HR assured me that she would provide feedback if I came in. I went for the interview, which lasted only about three minutes and was very awkward. When I asked the HR for feedback, she mentioned that there's some internal conflict going on. No further updates were provided. This is the worst company I've ever encountered.

I applied via Monster and was interviewed in Feb 2022. There were 2 interview rounds.
