Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview process took more than a month for me, first round is telephonic once it clear, second round is assignment - try to give your best , third round is HR discussion and this is final, the best company work pressure is medium and having a very good option of choosing a different teams depend on your abilities

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Write your current job profile in details with all your work duties and responsibilities.

Round: Test
Experience: It was an easy aptitude question round where initial shortlisting happened
Tips: Revise aptutude concepts before the exam
Duration: 30 minutes
Total Questions: 10

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: This round was technical that was testing my knowledge on the applications and technology i previously worked
Tips: Brush up your knowledge and concepts on the technology you have worked on

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: dear sir i am k viswanadh i am study in diploma ECE.first ssc to telugu medium. and diploma in eng medium

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I gave amcat exam.From there I got a call from Cognizant.
Tips: Amcat exam is very good for a fresher as it will provide you a lot of job opportunities.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Since my b.tech background was electrical so few questions were asked from topics related to machine.They asked me to write a C program. In the HR interview they just gelled well with me and specially they looked how confident I was.
Tips: little bit of knowledge about programming will do and be confident through out your interview.do not panic

Skills: Environmental Degradation

Round: Group Activity
Experience: We were a given a grammar test. There were 4 people other than me who had came for the same profile. But I was confident that I am gonna score well in the grammar test. I did score well.
Tips: Easy Grammar Preposition verb adverb noun pronoun. Just brush up you or mug up your old grammar books. And you will be able to clear it.

Round: Speaking on a topic
Experience: Then we had another round of speaking on a particular topic. My topic was " Why tenure is important in a company ". I gave my best answer and waited for the result. I cleared this round as well. This round totally depends on your knowledge about the topics.
Tips: Confidence and Words.

Round: Test
Experience: It was an online test.
There were some question related to Service Desk. Some were related to ITIL.
Some from Hardware / Networking. Technical Interview was a mess. Sometimes the questions were repetitive. I cleared the test as well.
Tips: Knowledge about the operations, ITIL , AD, Hardware and management helped me in clearing the test.
