1. It is very important to be genuine, honest
2. At the same time it is important to answer the questions tactfully, in line with what the recruiter is expecting to hear/what the role is demanding, and in a manner which creates a good impression & the right impression basis your skills/achievements/experience (also, stay away from lying, be fact based)
3. When you do not know the answer, just say very politely that you do not know the answer.
4. Understanding of the role applied for is very important before giving the interview
